Advertisements circulating on social media are offering loans with minimal interest charges — a new fraudulent scheme. The Press Secretary of the President of Kyrgyzstan Askat Alagozov announced.
He said that in order to gain people’s trust, the scammers are using photos of President Sadyr Japarov and presenting the scheme as a government-backed project.
