The day before, the bailiff of the judicial enforcement officers unit of the Sverdlovsk district of Bishkek, passed a judgement to terminate the enforcement proceedings against 24-kg.com news agency.
According to the document, the plaintiff Sooronbai Jeenbekov appealed to the unit with a request to stop the enforcement proceedings in connection with the refusal to recover from the editorial office of the agency 5 million soms in form of compensation for moral damage.
The bailiff informed 24-kg.com news agency about the termination of the enforcement proceedings.
The Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan confirmed that Sooronbai Jeenbekov withdrew material claims to 24-kg.com news agency, which published an article by Kabai Karabekov on September 11, 2017, «Visit to Sochi.
