President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev expressed his condolences to the head of Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani over numerous victims as a result of the terrorist attack committed in Kabul.
«The Kyrgyz Republic resolutely condemns this inhuman act aimed at peaceful and innocent citizens," the head of state said in a telegram.
Almazbek Atambayev conveyed the words of deep sympathy and support to the families of the victims, as well as the wish for a speedy recovery to all the injured.
