«Five years after the start of the military reform, I can say: the reform of the military command and control system in Kyrgyzstan succeeded," the President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev said at the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the creation of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan.
According to him, the state overcame the disunity of the troops, formed a single system of strict centralized command of the Army.
In the implementation of the reform, the head of state noted the role of the generals Busurmankul Taabaldiev, Kubanychbek Oruzbaev, Asanbek Alymkozoyev, Raimberdi Duishenbiev, Secretary of the Security Council Temir Dzhumakadyrov.
