Ambassador-at-large, Adviser to the Minister Aibek Omokeev was appointed State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Information Support Department of the Government of the KR reported.
According to it, Prime Minister Sooronbay Jeenbekov signed a corresponding decree.
