Government plenipotentiary in Issyk-Kul region appointed

Uzarbek Zhylkybaev was appointed plenipotentiary representative of the government in Issyk-Kul region, the Information Support Department of the government's executive office reported.

Uzarbek Zhylkybaev is the President of Issyk-Kul region federation for freestyle wrestling, the deputy of the Parliament from SDPK faction.

By another decree, the Prime Minister dismissed Askhat Akibayev, who was plenipotentiary representative in the region since January 2016.
