The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) conducted a preventive conversation with a citizen identified as Z.D.A., 37, who posted content on social media aimed at inciting interethnic hatred. The SCNS press service reported.
A linguistic examination has been ordered for the materials he disseminated. Additional measures will be taken in accordance with the law after the examination is completed.
