Barcelona specialist appointed head coach of football champion of Kyrgyzstan

Francesc Bonet, a specialist from Barcelona (Spain), has been appointed head coach of the 2025 Premier League champions, Bars Football Club. The club announced on social media.

According to the club, a contract with the 32-year-old coach, who holds a UEFA Pro License, has been signed through the end of 2026.

Bonet has worked with Rajasthan United, Gokulam, Namdhari, and Churchill Brothers (India), Santa Lucia (Guatemala), and Erchim (Mongolia).

Giorgi Papuashvili has also been appointed the club’s fitness coach. He began his professional career with Lokomotiv Tbilisi and most recently worked with football club Spaeri.
