Traffic Rules Monitoring Center launched in Osh city

A special center of the Patrol Police Service designed to monitor compliance with traffic rules has officially been launched in the city of Osh, the press service of the City Hall reported.

As part of the project, additional 70 modern surveillance cameras capable of recording traffic violations have been installed on the city’s streets. As a result, a total of 125 surveillance cameras are now operating continuously in the southern capital.

The new center is aimed at improving road safety, automatically detecting traffic violations, and strengthening public order control. Law enforcement agencies noted that the launch of the center is one of the key steps in the digitalization process and in enhancing safety in Osh city.
