Temirkul Baltabaev has been appointed Director of the Department of State Buildings under the Presidential Affairs Department of Kyrgyzstan.
Previously, he headed the board of the State Mortgage Company, then served as head of the state-owned enterprise Kyrgyzstroyservice.
