Attempt to illegally export jewelry from Kyrgyzstan prevented

Customs officers from the Anti-Smuggling and Customs Violations Department of Manas Customs uncovered violations of customs legislation.

During customs control at the international airport terminal Manas 2, Manas Customs officers, in cooperation with the State Committee for National Security (SCNS), stopped an attempt to illegally transport jewelry.

In the departure area, during customs inspection, undeclared goods were found and confiscated from a citizen of Kyrgyzstan S.K.Zh.— 46 wristwatches made of yellow metal with a total weight of 4.4 kilograms.

The seized goods have been placed in temporary storage at «KMM» warehouse as physical evidence pending further investigation.
