The women’s national football team of Kyrgyzstan (U20) played its first match in the qualifying round for the Asian Cup in Hanoi (Vietnam). Kyzdarkurama reported on Instagram.
In the first round, football players from Kyrgyzstan lost to the team from Hong Kong with a score 1:2.
Alina Gaparova scored the only goal for Kyrgyzstan in the 68th minute.
Kyrgyzstan is in Group B with Vietnam, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The team is set to play with Singapore on August 8 and Vietnam on August 10.
