A new director has been appointed at the State Development Bank of Kyrgyzstan. By decision of the Board of Directors, Emil Takyrbashev has been appointed to the position of Chairman of the Management Board of the State Development Bank of Kyrgyzstan.
The bank reported that Emil Takyrbashev has 25 years of experience in the financial and banking sector. He has a higher economic education in international economic relations, accounting and auditing.
«He has progressed professionally from intern to senior executive posts. He has extensive experience at the Kyrgyz Agricultural Finance Corporation and RSK Bank and led microcredit and leasing companies for over 14 years. He has also served as an expert and consultant in various international projects and has five years of experience working with international development funds. He possesses deep knowledge and practical expertise in finance, treasury operations, and lending,» the statement says.
Previously, the State Development Bank was headed by Meder Temirbekov. Now he heads the State Leasing Company OJSC.
