An extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors and an annual meeting of shareholders were held at Uchkun OJSC. The joint-stock company reported.
The participants reviewed the agenda issues, including economic indicators and the company’s plan for the future.
A new composition of the Board of Directors of the OJSC was also approved. Taalaibek Sharsheev was elected Chairman of the Board, and Abdykadyr Sultanbaev and Adilet Orozmatov were elected members of the Board of Directors.
Uchkun OJSC is an open joint-stock company, a printing house in Kyrgyzstan.
Main activities:
- Production and sale of newspapers and magazines, books, documents of state importance, special state forms, graphic, label products, other printed goods for cultural and household purposes, consumer goods from production waste, advertising, reference, methodological and information materials;
- Provision of printing services;
- Trade, procurement and intermediary activities.
At year-end 2024, the company had produced 770,103 passports, including 359,221 international passports and 410,882 ID cards, and also printed about a million copies of books.
