According to official data from the Ministry of Justice, the limited liability company was registered in Sverdlovsky district of Bishkek in the name of Akylbek Usenbekovich Japarov and received a registration certificate on April 9 of this year.
The former prime minister is the sole founder and director of the company. The main activity is «other financial intermediation, not included in other groups.»
Akylbek Japarov resigned from the post of Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers on December 16 last year.
