A Memorandum of Understanding in the field of economic cooperation between the two countries was signed as part of the official visit of President Sadyr Japarov to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The press service of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce reported.
The main goal of the document is to develop and deepen cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Bahrain in the field of trade and economy. Kyrgyzstan and Bahrain have taken a step towards strengthening economic ties.
The ministry noted that this memorandum lays the foundation for closer interaction, exchange of experience and launching joint projects.
The first official visit of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov to Bahrain took place at the invitation of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on April 21. Following the meeting, a number of bilateral documents were signed.
